Just a monthly. Pick Pocket round, Crew cut, or Big room — that's the whole bill. The only one-off is the optional Enterprise Bundle for Big room (SSO/SAML/SCIM/audit log) when you actually need it.
?What's in the Enterprise Bundle?
SSO/SAML (Okta, Azure AD, Google), SCIM user provisioning, audit log export, plus a DPA and security review. $499 one-off. No annual renewal — set it up, keep it running.
?Can I cancel any time?
Yep. Cancel monthly any time, no exit fees. Annual gets two months free; if you cancel partway you keep playing through the period you've paid for.
?What counts as a "player"?
Anyone joining a room from their phone. Hosts don't count. Tier is set by the biggest single room you run — not total users across the org.
?Free during beta — how does that work?
$0 today, every feature, every tier, no credit card. When we exit beta we'll email 30 days ahead. Existing teams stay at half price for the first year.
?Education / non-profit pricing?
Yep. Teachers get 50% off (For Teaching), universities and societies get 60% off (For Universities), registered non-profits get the same — just email us.
